About African Rivers Fund III

African Rivers Fund III, managed by XSML, provides loans to SMEs in DRC, Uganda and Agola to grow their businesses. It is assisted by a donor-funded Technical Assistance Facility that provides capacity building services to the portfolio. It counts among the very few funds serving DRC and Angola.
